At Mobeth Couture, we are committed to delivering high-quality fashion with professionalism and excellence. To ensure smooth operations and protect the interests of both our customers and our business, the following policies apply to all transactions:
1. Measurement Policy
At Mobeth Couture, we ensure precision in every custom-made outfit. Measurements taken are exclusively for our production process and remain a key aspect of our craftsmanship. We do not release customer measurements after production.
2. No Refunds on Custom Orders
All custom-made outfits are specially designed to fit each clientβs specifications. As such, we do not offer refunds on custom orders. However, in the rare case of a production error on our part, we will assess the situation and offer necessary adjustments at our discretion.
3. Alteration Policy
Clients are entitled to one free minor adjustment within 7 days of receiving their custom outfit. Additional alterations due to weight change, incorrect measurements provided by the client, or personal preference will attract an alteration fee.
4. Deposit and Payment Policy
A minimum of 70% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup. All payments are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If a customer chooses to cancel before work starts, 50% of the deposit will be deducted as a consultation and preparation fee.
6. Fabric Handling Policy
Customers providing their own fabric must ensure it is of sufficient quantity and quality. Mobeth Couture is not responsible for fabric defects (e.g., tears, fading, shrinkage) after production.
7. Delivery & Pickup Policy
Clients will be informed once their order is ready for pickup or delivery. Orders must be collected within 7 days of completion to avoid storage charges. Delivery costs are covered by the customer.
8. Urgent Orders & Express Service
Rush orders (within 3-5 days) attract a 20-50% express charge depending on the urgency and design complexity.
9. Customer Conduct Policy
We value respect and professionalism. Any form of rudeness, harassment, or aggressive behavior towards our team will not be tolerated. In severe cases, we reserve the right to refuse service.
10. Online Orders & Payment
All online orders must be fully paid for before dispatch. Payments can be made via our website, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Mobeth Couture does not accept 'pay on delivery' for online orders.
11. Shipping & Delivery for Online Orders
Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. We are not responsible for courier delays once the package has been shipped.
12. Return & Exchange Policy for Boutique Orders
Items bought from the boutique can only be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with tags intact. Exchanges apply to ready-made outfits only; custom-made outfits are non-exchangeable. Refunds are not allowed on boutique purchases, but customers may request a store credit for valid exchanges.
13. Size & Fit Disclaimer for Online & Boutique Orders
Customers ordering online should carefully check the size chart before purchase. Mobeth Couture is not responsible for size mismatches due to incorrect selections by the customer. If unsure, customers can contact us for guidance before placing an order.
14. Defective or Incorrect Item Policy
If an item arrives defective or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures. Mobeth Couture will verify the claim and provide an exchange or adjustment where applicable. We are not liable for damages caused after delivery.
